Last weekend we where on trainingscamp in the north of Sweden in Falun. We drove 6 hours with two coaches and five athletes to train with Karin the hurdle coach. It was really a amazing weekend of hard training and a lot of fun.
We stay in the forest and that is for a city-girl like me a bit different than Amsterdam :) The weather was still 0-5 degrees, but the sun was shinning so it was beautiful and we where out for a long walk over the lake and after we took a sauna and jump into the snow and finish that day with a bbq!
